It's only better if you ohave a back for the chair, but I have bad posture already, and so when I'm in church, I have to watch myself! I always hunch forward!

I sit on a chair with a back but they tell me I need to
get a good chair just for musicians ( like drummers use)
- you otta get one to save you back so you don't end up
in chronic pain like me . You're too young to be talkin' like
that BTW.
