Romans 3:4, "Let God be true and every man a liar." God is always right, regardless of men's concepts and opinions. God is under absolutely no obligation to fit His purpose into our narrow concept of how He is supposed to fulfill it.

AMEN, there is a world of difference between this and God thought it was a good idea to sneak across the border to make more money.

In what you said God is given glory for taking something wrong and working His will IN SPITE OF.

The other view presented is God was all for the crime because something good came of it.

If God saves you in prison does it mean He wanted you to commit the rape that put you there?

Once again, I agree with your post, it is a good thing that God brought them into this light, it is simply wrong to claim He supported the original action.

In the instance I gave EP ... God opened the door for him to commit the "crime" ... this is what you are missing ...

He was a backslidden drug addict ... about to be incarcerated in his own country for faulty documents yet God opens the door for him to come here illegally ... after a prayer ...

so as to save his life and allow him to serve in the Kingdom.

Blink twice ... and you'll miss it.

Gracias a Dios que no eres Dios, Predicador

Very faulty premise, Senor Predicador.
apples and oranges again.

Abortion is a violation of God's law.

Honoring another nation by not crossing its borders for economic self-interest is NOT.

Okay. Because you say so.

God put up the borders around the nations?

This was in Genesis, right?

Amen! I just stumbled across this site a few days ago by accident and honestly did not intend to hang around, but I'm hooked! Really a great group of people here, even if many of us disagree theologically on different issues.

However, I, like Rico, must call it a night. I have to be at the church at 7:30 in the morning and it's late, so good night all, be safe and God bless you in His abundant Grace.

Gratefully in His grip,
Preacher
