I wasn’t trying to be rude. I was just implying on this forum if you give it time, you’ll know what people believe.

The fact that you are a female who preaches? Yes, that is indeed a fact. But, there is no biblical fact for women in ministerial leadership over married men. Also you not having the time wouldn't be the issue. You not having a strong argument to defend women leadership over men would.

Your not going to convince me otherwise, you can bring up widows, widows indeed, fatherless (for which I am) orphans, and such like all you want, instead of showing us how you are on this forum, go show all that wisdom, restraint, and knowledge to the people you Pastor, they’ll enjoy it more.
Brother, I am not a pastor, in the context that you mean it anyway. I AM attempting to pastor you about the truth of the word, but I am finding you to be rebellious to the word. “There’s a spirit there” as one gentleman on here likes to say.

There is none so blind as he who will not see.

Perhaps you are confused, because I said I am a man of God?

Re: Do You Believe In Women Preachers?

This is why people have stated that you lost credibility on this forum. I knew what you said before about not being a Pastor. I just wanted to hear it again. I would respect you if you went and started a work for God somewhere, and bore the burden of the church on your shoulders. Allow me to be clear, I’m talking about starting a work from the ground up, not taking over for someone that put sweat, blood, and tears into the work for years. You go find the will of God, start and build that work, and as God leads souls to the church where YOU Pastor, you be sure to tell them, not to give tithe nor offerings and you supply the need for the bills all by yourself, when you do that you’ll have respect among your peers. Sorry you’ll accept vegetables, not cash. Until then your in a place of hypocrisy to tell someone to do something that you yourself are not in a position to tell them or pretend to Pastor for that matter. If you act that way on this forum, makes you think what your family life is like.... Shameful

Oh, brother. You are trying to make this about MY credibility. My credibility is probably not significantly more than yours.

Credibility is sort of like righteousness. It’s just filthy rags. We can only be righteous because God allows us to have His righteousness. We can only be truly credible (in doctrine)if we align with His word.

You have given your opinion several times in this little debate. You have quoted scripture (for instance about the double honor) and when I expounded in that scripture you pretended that I brought it up. I’m not upset my brother. I’m just trying to get you to see yourself.

You have given your opinion (in several instances) and I have quoted scripture. Sometimes I give my opinion, if the scripture is not clear. I don’t recall giving my opinion in this debate. So it is not about my fragile opinion. It is “thus sayeth the Word of God.

Now if you have any issue with my interpretation, we could discuss it. But the pattern has been that you quote a passage that has nothing to do with tithing, and when I call you on it, you scramble to another scripture . . . that has nothing to do with tithing.

Aaaand you misrepresent my position. I have never said that offerings were not part of the Christian New Testament Church. I have said that Gentiles were never (Old Testament or New) required or even taught to tithe. So prove me wrong, with scripture, not opinion.

Brother, the further you go, the less credibility you have. These are not my words or opinions. It is Bible. I understand that you would like to believe they’re mine though because that way you can pretend it’s not God’s word that you’re ignoring.

Aaaand I don’t believe for a minute that you built a church, by yourself. Sorry. Get over yourself.

Matt.16

[18] And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Who will build it?

God bless brother.

Where is Sister Morgan?

Who was she?

Is she still chopping wood, shucking corn, breathing fire and brimstone?

Anyone know?

Oh, and whatever happened to Caston Smith

Re: Do You Believe In Women Preachers?

Debates which try to appeal to religious emotion lack scriptural evidence.
