There is no doubt that the gifts of the spirit are alive and well in the church. But it is the self-proclaimed folks who make a mockery of what God is doing.
A true prophet and one filled with the spirit and operating in the gifts of the spirit, will have a humble spirit, and not seek recognition for the gifts in operation in his life.
As soon as one begins to get lifted up, and proud about what God is doing, the spirit leaves, but the flesh continues to try to keep the momentum going. And eventually, as we've seen with this situation, the fruit is revealed for all to see.

Awwwww... he did the same thing Hagee did with Hagee's JESUS DID NOT COME TO BE ISRAEL'S MESSIAH video. Did Hagee take down his blood moons video too?

I met brother Arcovio about a year ago, nice guy-really.
So he may have missed judged a prophecy, But God weighs our spirits, and he knows his thought and intent.
I don't necessarily advocate his ministry
But i believe he's sincere for the most part on what he's trying to do.
BTW: Anyone notice Hillary trying to recall the election? Could his prophecy "partially" still come to pass?
Trump's still not actually there yet...just saying.

If you claim to be a prophet, sincerity doesn't count.
There are plenty of ways to express your own feelings or opinions without "thus saith the Lord." If you go there, knowing God didn't say, but you just desire to magnify yourself, then just sit down and be quiet afterward and thank God for grace, because in the days of real prophets you ought to be stoned.

So what if you really thought that God did say?
Then you realize you messed up.
What should be done then?
Will that person FOREVER be a false prophet?
