Randy...We joined a gun club last night to have an accessible shooting range close by. Sooooo, one of the men present we've known from this area for a number of years. He is totally off his rocker and shouldn't be allowed to own a gun. What would you do about that after the Sandy Hook shooting? This guy is scary crazy? I wonder if anyone in the gun club knows about him? He is the type that could go postal at any time. What would you do? Stay silent and let them figure it out. He left about 15 minutes after we arrived at the meeting.

Welllllll, here we have the perfect case for YOU owning one. Any laws seeking to disarm him will probably fail, but what they would do is disarm you -which will leave you defenseless for when/if he does go postal.

Seriously, we have our "scary" people in AZ who especially like to open carry. But you know what, if you add up all the "scary" people with guns here and all the scary libs, there are far more of the latter.

I'm not Randy but I'm sure your just itchin' for a second opinion.

If you are really lucky he'll never come back since someone who knows he is a nut-job has now invaded that space... but unlikely. If you get a chance you might just want to mention to whoever is in charge.

I fired a handyman for some really bizzare behavior (nothing dangerous, just super weird) and had him show up working for a local preacher... I struggled with if I should say something or not and finally decided that I wish someone had told me... He didn't let him go for what I said but I believe will protect himself more carefully... good enough.

I know a man that turned his neighbor in to the police and they took his guns. Everyone I know thinks they took the wrong mans guns. I agree with Randy. :-)

From here on in the key is going to be to fly under the radar. When you visit your doctor just remember that everything is always "Great!" If you ever DO get depressed, just deal with it. If your ever under stress just remember to tell your doctor "everything is Great!". Always. Every time! Think happy thoughts!

I am sure there are women in the club, but I was the only woman present last night. Certainly don't want to come across as bossy or anything.

I better let my husband handle this one. I read this to him as he is cooking breakfast. He said, "Thank you."

Anyway, the guy is so weird, I think people will catch on to him, if they haven't already. This club works with the local sheriff's department and I am very sure they know about him. I was just surprised he was there.

Boy that's the truth... My dad told me about a guy that he worked with. His wife was going crazy he kept telling them. Finally the guys at work convinced him to take her to Amarillo to the Underwoods hospital. They kept him and sent her home.

My husband was telling me this guy showed up at his work location, with another company, had his gun stock in his truck on the rack. He was working a ways off and some of the guys ran over to this truck to make sure he didn't have a gun with him. It's illegal to have a gun on location, but these guys know he is postal and wanted to verify.
