Re: McCain once again is doing the honorable thing

Anyone view the trainwreck that was Couric-Palin interview? I can't help but wonder if McCain now wished he would have gone with with Romney................he would have been much better suited to help McCain deal with the Wall Street crisis. Be that as it may, I feel sorry for Palin when even the National Review (who has been one of her biggest cheerleaders) are jumping ship.

Re: McCain once again is doing the honorable thing

I just got back from a bible study.

But before I left, I listened to Harry Reid's speech, regarding the house coming up with an economical wall street bail out plan.

Anyway, it sure made McCain look bad-I think, and now McCain has decided to do the debate after all.

At first I thought him going back to Washington was a great idea. But now I think it's starting to back fire-

What is everyone else's thoughts? Is McCain's champaign going to survive?

Or does he now look a bit foolish?

Did you see my new post about Reid today? The Democrats are hitting hard. How in the world can they say McCain looks bad when he tried fixing this years ago?!!!!

And isn't Reid the one that asked McCain to come back to Washington to help straighten things out?

I need to read your post though thanks!

They now how to spin it good.

They were saying that McCain showed up and didnt have anything to say.

Plus Reid was saying McCain isnt even apart of the banking commitee, and they were so close to a deal that him showing up ruined everything.

But some of the members have a real concern, I know Dole does, so how can they say they are close to a deal?

Fox, kept saying yesterday that Reid was provoking McCain (now this is a while ago) by saying that he needed to come back to Washington and help solve what was going on.
