As of this morning, I'm down 17 pounds since late February.
My official weigh in day is Monday though, so we'll see what happens between then and now.

Wanted to bump this thread again cause I have been working out since Feb and am down 45lbs!!!!! I have lost about 7 inches off my waist!!!!!!!! I am about 211lbs right now and wear a 36 waist. I can do cardio on an elliptical machine a solid hour with no problem. I am also trying to get into good enough shape to participate in a mini marathon in January. Yea me!

I started the thread to lose 10 but only lost about 5. I want to lose another 10 lbs, but I am going into my busy season now - so that should be fairly easy - with long hours and lots of manual labor.

I've started a straight daylight job, that should help to loose some pounds getting the right amount of sleep. I feel better already and it's only been a week and a half..
The heresy hunters are still with us. Only now, instead of stakes, they use their books and radio programs to destroy those they consider heretics.... I'm concerned that heresy hunting may be turning into leukemia because some cultwatchers seem more intent on destroying parts of the body than healing the body....
