Bless you, dear Bro. OneAccord! That's the spirit! God has great things in store for
you, Brother! Just you wait and see. Tough times don't get us down, they just send
us to our knees. You'll be up again, just want and see!

Blessings,

Falla39

One Accord, good to see you checking in.
Yes, you are being prayed for by more than you know.
We sure wish we could be there in person, but we are in the spirit!

Glad Raven joined you & that you have family & friends.

Continuing in prayer!

Well, my trip to the wild, wild west, may be awhile. Right now, my pockets are as empty as those of a Alabama bill collector!

AO - Thanks for checking in. I can recommend an Apotolic couple who own a Bed and Breakfast in Arizona when you get ready to travel. Their website is thewalkerranch.com.

Glad to hear from you Brother.

I'm so glad you were able to meet Raven and his wife. Definitely on my list of people I want to spend some time with over coffee someday.

Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. God is faithful, so very faithful.

I'm moving south and a fair bit east here soon. Actually closer to you by far than I am right now. We'll have to coordinate travels someday to meet face to face.

Re: One Accord's Wife Passed Away 2/6 at 1:07 a.m.

My father was taken tragically at the age of 50... I was only 25. He and I were VERY close. I thought it would kill me. I cried so hard it hurt.

I remember shortly after his death finding his electric razor, and opening it, and his shavings falling out in my hand. It was a part of HIM. His smell was still there. Those shavings seemed to have life in them.

I wept... and wept... and then something happened and it was like I felt my father's presence. And I knew I would be OK. The healing process had begun.

Each day got a little easier. But the best moments were when God would bring to my remembrance some sweet, insignificant-to-any-other-but-me memory of my Dad.

May your healing begin, OA. And may your memories be brilliant and abundant!

God Bless you and those close.

AMEN! All seven of us girls and my brother each have one of his shirts. He always had his initials monogrammed on the pocket. Sometimes I pull that out and hold it. Each day it did get better.

God is good!

Re: One Accord's Wife Passed Away 2/6 at 1:07 a.m.

Going to Indiana tomorrow. My brother bought a house in Martinsville, In, and he's going up tomorrow to close the deal on Monday. I called awhile ago and said for him to pick me up near Chattanooga. Think I'll just ride up tomorrow and see some country. I was just thinking that this cold, empty house was, just the other day a warm, full home. Gotta get away. I looked at some threads here and, just can't think of much to say.

ADMIN: You can "unstick" this thread, but, I hope to be able to accesss it for awhile so I can print off the replies. They mean alot to me. Thanks everyone- I'' be up and "OneAccordin'" again real soon.
