I don't think that BOTT is an official UPCI district event. I've never seen a non-UPC preacher be a featured speaker at an official event. For instance, has any district ever used a ALJC preacher?
If the preacher is rebelling against and leaving the UPCI, it makes even more necessary!

That is True- BOTT is put on by the local church BUT supported by officials.

They have different churches to support it. I think we have before...we may still support it.

In the New York Metro District ... we'd invite ministers from the Apostolic Assembly to sanctioned district Spanish events ....
Perhaps no one cared .... because it was jes dem heespanics.

Why Sacramento? Let me guess.......
1) rhymes with pimento?
2) near a fault line
3) the disaffected UC's in the Western district can join the new org instead of starting a new district
4) It's the state capitol of California so they'll fit right in with all the other legalists (law makers)
5) the superintendent of the new org lives in California
