There was a famous discusion at the time. Some one asked, "What's the difference between radio and television?"

A familiar voice called out, "The same difference as looking at a naked woman and listening to one!"

The exchange was said to have been met with laughter. Some old timers used to repeat that story a lot back in the day.

No it is all BGP, VOIP, Ethernet, SBC, Router, Switch, MPLS, 7 Layers of the OSI model.

Don't forget the 4 layers of the TCP model as well!

Or RIP v1 and v2, or OSPF.
Stubby?
Totally stubby?
Not so totally stubby?

When Elvis hit the Ed Sullivan show in 1959 or so is when the TV hit the skids with preachers.
