I am thankful my husband is doing well so far and that he has such a good prognosis.

I am thankful for my children.

I am thankful for my extended family.

I am thankful for a hopeful future.

With my husband going through radiation I can relate! My husband's prognosis has been pretty good from the get-go. I am also thankful for that!! How was your wife's prognosis at the beginning? I think it would be much harder with a worse prognosis.

The doctor told her that if she didn't take chemo and radiation, there was a 75% chance the cancer would return within 5 years.

If she took the treatment, then she would have a 50/50 chance that it would return.

Not very good odds, but she took the treatments and Jesus has made the difference.
