You know, my dad will mention this from time to time, how much we have become immune to the amazing things that go on around us. He talks about when we sent a monkey into space for the first time, the whole world was blown away that it had happened. And now we have men orbiting the Earth for months, and usually we barely even know it is going on.

We talked about that this morning - - how when we were in school we spent half a day watching it all on TV. Now no one even knows when they go up!

I know! I think it is healthy to keep a little bit of awe about stuff like this, I usually try to pay attention when I hear something on the news about it.
