Well over half of those in the UPC think there has been a turn for the best... And if/when there is some sort of split, it will free up those still in to make more changes for the best..

I do not view this as a liberated turn. I view this as another option for those who wish to get the gospel out by this venue the opportunity to do so. It has nothing to do with liberated, etc.
Many have made more to this issue then there really should be. There is nothing as liberated than the internet...and that is accepted.

It is a liberating to the Pastor, who has wanted to advertise on TV or perhaps already has, not to feel threatened or have someone looking closely over his shoulder ready to call him on the carpet for reaching his community by any means necessary.

Are you saying that it is like a breath of fresh air? I agree with you 1000%. It is a liberating experience from what I have been told...seems to me it sounds like another liberating experience...HGB? I have talked with new HG filled people and they describe it as a breath of fresh air.
