god is not the author of confusion, this young man in his zeal did great harm to what is right about the church, i pray that the lord will be able to overcome the confusion sewn into the hearts of people by his behavior, and misguided deeds, in jesus name, dt

Did Jesus ever punch a demon possessed person to make the demon come out?
Did He ever struggle with a demon possessed person?
Didn't He just command the demons to leave?
Didn't He tell us greater things than these shall you do?

Afflicting physcal harm to one possessed by a devil does nothing to affect the devil so that it may be cast out. The devil would glee in such activity, for spirits are sent to torment the person they are indwelling.
This is VERY COMMON in the middle east amongst those who THINK they know how to cast out devils. God help us.
