A REAL man is strong when he needs to be and gentle when he needs to be. Hopefully gentleness isn't seen as being a SISSY...if it is, then the definitions need to be redefined.
A REAL man isn't determined by how much he hunts or fishes.
I think the article is more about women preferring "nice guys" (like ILG pointed out) for marriage or longterm relationships, over "bad boys." Bad boys aren't really Real Men at all...they're too immature to qualify.
