This article reminds me of a "Christian" business owner I know. He has a dress code similar to this for his factory. Everybody wears long sleeves and bare legs are not allowed. They are allowed to roll the sleeve cuffs up 2 or 3 times.
His stated purpose is consideration of the wives of his male employees.
