False profits are a very serious thing.

The government would have to audit you and you could end up as the next Enron.

Even if it is false, if it feels good and satisfiies some sense of greater compassion it is often embraced.

this is the way of the Democrat party... and they have enslaved a generation of people to their liberal ideologies with just such a tactic!
You are so right on target. I had not thought about what you just said, but oh so true.

And how it is being spouted everywhere.

Please don't think I don't believe in compassion because I do, and there are ways of saying the truth with compassion and not a hammer, but in all honesty sometimes some folks need the hammer.

Probably true.

I don't even know what Ron has changed to so I can hardly being throwing stones at him, and to be honest I don't know what Dave believes either.

I do know that Dave is a very intelligent man. Nevertheless, I was reminded of that scripture that in the last days we would be ever learning yet not coming to the truth. (paraphased)

Well I hope you wouldn't consider throwing stones at anyone regardless of what they believe... but hey... that's just me.

I would hope no one would.

I was speaking directly to you since you made the comment that you wouldn't consider throwing stones because you didn't know what I 'changed' my belief to.

So your wording leads me to believe you would consider throwing stones if you did know what it was that I 'changed' my belief system to and did not agree with it.

I suppose I was reading too much into the comment?

Yes, entirely.

You may be moving closer to God, I have no idea. I would hope so. I have not heard why you have made the changes you have made.

You just happened to be the most recent person I know that has made changes. Certainly nothing personal.
