Ron,

Arghhhhh!!!! I feel for you. Many years ago we had a large garden tub but with no safety drain like most tubs have. My teenage niece was visiting and forgot she was running bath water. That big giant tub overflowed in a beautiful waterful the length of the tub.

We didn't see it until the entire master bathroom and bedroom were pretty much destroyed. Thankfully we had homeowners insurance and they were concerned enough about mold that they insisted we get a hotel room until they could pull out the old carpet and dry and treat everything.

He's still paying for my start up cost. When I get in the clear, then I can charge him. You'll have to wait. Probably until December.
