Technocracy is a metaphor for the Oligarchical Banking Elite; or totalitarianism, wanting to control the world to protect their mammon interests. Connecting all people into a computerized reality is symbology to the socialistic hive mindset. Then inserting predictive programing to control the social narrative for political, educational, commercial and social enrichments for the oligarchs. Using the adage you are what you eat.
