I think he has a valid, logical point. Not saying I agree re: suits and their associations, but within the described context of "standards" he does have a point.
So, how would it be answered? I have an answer, but nobody here would accept it.

Pickup trucks are the most popular vehicle for those who love country music, which features drinking, smoking, revelry, and womanizing.
Pickup trucks should be considered sin. lol

There's actually apostolic believers who like it "black slacks, white shirt, no tie, no suit coat, suspenders maybe if plain, no watches or cuff links, and no 500 dollar shoes, just plain black shoes or boots".

No, he's lashing out because his precious isn't accepted in most churches.
Guilt by association: Cars. Drunks drive cars. Bank robbers have getaway cars. Ergo, better not drive a car.
It's just stupid.
