I didn't hear that part, but I posted it because what he was saying about the UPC over 25 years ago. Which I did some research, he's still in the UPC. But what he is saying, we've seen come to pass. But your correct he didn't use much word. I posted it because as far as foresight went, it was right on, in the light of the present.
