Look, I'm sure the Trump Administration is using private servers. It has been done in every administration since Reagan. It's against internal State Department policy, but it isn't a "crime". In addition, mismanagement of information is different from intentionally giving information to the enemy. Comey found that she was reckless and she violated State Department policy. However, there was no evidence of criminal wrong doing.
It's like if I had a security badge to a secured area and left it in my car and my car was stolen. I'd have to report that my security badge was stolen and they'd want to know why I left it in my car (which is against department policy). It would be deemed reckless and a violation of policy. I might face a write up. But they would not accuse me of criminal wrong doing. Now... if I purposefully left my badge in my car with the intention of the car theft only being a means whereby I was giving unauthorized individuals my security badge to access the secured area, that would be criminal wrong doing.
