That is the purpose of this thread.... see how many are going and the best possible way to meet.

Would a reserved room be best or simply a restraunt meeting. If we had say 25 plus spouses (50) I think we could get a private meeting room at a nice restraunt.

If we agree on a restraunt, what price range?

Unfortunately, MOW, the roving AFF reporter will NOT be able to make it to this landmark meeting. I will be leaving for South Korea on October 2 for two weeks, so someone else will have to pick up the mantle on this one. I'll just have to read the reports myself like everyone else.
