Re: How will you Vote
Not voting for POTUS. Unfortunately, AZ states I can only write in approved candidates. I was going to write in Cruz, but it wouldn't be valid.

After how all the Republicans came against the most Constitutional Conservative man on the stage - Ted Cruz - I don't care if they lose and Hillary wins. There is something sickeningly wrong with the Republican Party for them to do what they did to Ted Cruz - Fox News included. Fox looks like they are getting their comeuppance.
I am voting for Evan McMullin. He has taken the lead in Utah. I refuse to stoop so low to vote for either Trump or Hillary.
Quote:
The election is over for president. The Senate and House of Representatives can be saved if Republicans still turn out. But if the election were held today, Hillary Clinton would already have the requisite 270 Electoral College votes to be president, and that is with 10 states still in toss up territory, including Georgia. In fact, internal Republican polling now has Hillary Clinton ahead in Georgia by five points. Trump is that bad of a nominee. Clinton has a better chance of winning Texas now than Trump has of winning Pennsylvania.

McMullen was on the list of approved write-ins. I thought about writing him in, but I didn't because I know far too little about him to be comfortable writing him in. He's ex-CIA officer, which means he'd likely continue the wiretapping and email snooping of Americans. He just entered the race too late and no one knows enough about him.

From that link, the comments below state he's pro-amnesty.

He is for securing the border and legalizing those that go through the process. McMullin is right - There is no way we can deport 11 million illegal immigrants. We need to secure our border first.
Quote:
Earning Legal Status
Deporting 11 million illegal immigrants is simply not practical. It would likely cost more than $100 billion and force the federal government to act in an intrusive manner that would violate the privacy of both citizens and legal residents. Deportation would also break up families, hurting children who are not responsible for their parents’ actions. Criminals, however, would still be subject to deportation.
The first step toward earning legal status is for all those who are here illegally to come forward and register themselves. Next they would pay an application fee and a fine, undergo a background check, and demonstrate competence in English. If they do those things, they would get a temporary work and residence permit, but would not be eligible for welfare or entitlement programs. If they obey the law and pay their taxes for several years, they could apply for permanent residency.
This is not amnesty; amnesty is when lawbreakers get something for nothing. Evan’s approach requires every illegal immigrant to earn the right to stay here.

It doesn't matter whether or not he entered later or not. He is a choice. Funny that Utah has recognized him as a choice and he is ahead of Trump in that state.
McMullin worked as a spy in Iran and Afghanistan. That takes some guts.
On how we would deal with Syria: "It’s a complicated crisis of course, but we must start by recognizing that Bashar al-Assad’s industrial scale slaughter of Syrian civilians has created the environment in which ISIS is thriving in Syria and it has been the core cause of the refugee crisis as well. In response, I think we should work with the international community to support friendly regional forces on the ground, create safe zones in the north and south, and in doing so, weaken Assad on the battlefield. THEN, we should use that leverage to negotiate his departure from Syria. I also think we should paint the entire country with full-spectrum radar so that we can see exactly where and when Assad and the Russians are dropping bombs on civilians. Then I think we should publish that information for the world to see."
Logical -
On Roe v. Wade: "I am pro-life, and I would like to see Roe v. Wade overturned. I would appoint Supreme Court Justices who are originalists, like Justice Scalia. But I don’t think we can just oppose Roe v. Wade and declare ourselves pro-life. I think we need look at ways to reduce unwanted pregnancies because that will decrease the number of people even seeking abortions. I also think that our poverty assistance programs are failing, which causes many women to seed abortions out of economic need. We need anti-poverty measures that help lift people out of poverty and help them take care of their children."
On difference between he and Trump: "There are so many so it’s hard to just name one…so I’ll name a few…first of all, Donald Trump does not believe that all men and women are created equal and I do. Trump also admires authoritarians and dictators and I strongly oppose them. He also believe in a large, centralized federal government, whereas I believe power in Washington should be returned to the states and directly to the people. I’ve also accepted the fact that I am bald."
