The Kingdom "come upon you" means it is at hand, the time is fulfilled. Since John people press into the Kingdom. The scribes etc refuse to go in and hinder those trying to get in. They have taken away the key... which is knowledge...of the holy...the Holy One.
If the kingdom ain't in you you ain't going to enter into it, and you will be gathered out of it.
