HRC's email scandal is an FBI investigation. Congress has ZERO to do with it. To claim it's just politically motivated is asinine.

The FBI is leading the case but the GOP is making a bigger hullaballoo about this than what it really is-- that is the political angle here.

Doesn't matter what the GOP says. What matters is the FBI investigation. It's not political as you erroneously claim.

The investigation is not political.

The GOP is exploiting the investigation and smearing HRC's name and reputation by using the FBI investigation-- which isn't even a criminal investigation!

JD - your spin never stops. Until a court filing Monday, they would not even confirm or deny an investigation was taking place. However a FOIA filing made them release this.
