Actually my Blue Cross insurance is pretty good. I have also dealt with Cigna and they were ok, as well. Probably had some others but I really do not remember.
Government health care is always terrible.
We should be looking at the German system. It works well and still is semi-private industry.

That's why Canadians pour into this country for medical care---Europeans too. They have single payer systems and they have to wait forever for basic care. The USA has the best hospitals, doctors, and medical research in the world. Hands down.

Read what I said dude. Our healthcare isnt the issue. Its the insurance companies. Also on the subject of waiting, my ex wife had to wait six months for a out patient gall bladder surgery. European/Canadian single payer system is better than what we have here. I would love to see stats on the amounts of Canadian/Europeans "POURING" into this country for medical care.

Kaiser through my work.

I know Canadians and Brits. They have told me first hand what they go through. They have told me about coming to USA for medical care bc the wait times are so long.

I doubt the six month wait here for gall bladder surgery.

The insurance companies aren't the problem---it's government regulation and interference into the system. If the insurance companies were allowed to operate freely the way capitalism is supposed to, the system would work just fine.
