Historically whites have not randomly murdered blacks for ongoing periods of time. White on black violence in the past usually had a political element to it, namely whites wanting to maintain the right to live as a society segregated from blacks (right or wrong). When blacks began to demand an end to segregation, that's when some whites became violent. Generally whites were trying to avoid blacks, thus segregation. There was a very finite number of blacks who were killed by white violence all through the civil rights struggle.

Blacks are the way they are IMO because of indoctrination by the scourge of the planet, the white liberal. If they could ever break free from the cloaked racism of the white liberal, a new day would dawn in the black community.

I can't believe "Shirley" is blaming the victims for these crimes. Then again, most libs believe that someone else is always to blame. It can't just be that the people who committed these murders were just criminals. No, it's the white people's fault for being white. smh

Yes, you are. You're trying to suggest that it's white people's fault for blacks killing whites. If you want to "get down to why these are happening," you'll have to examine each case separately, not by suggesting it's the fault of white people.

These posts are implying there must be some kind of justification for why these murderers did what they did. There is no justifying it. I don't care if they were treated poorly by some racist redneck. That doesn't justify them killing someone.

I specifically mentioned murder. The slave trade involving Africans goes back to the days of the Pharaohs. Whites of North America were barely involved in the grand scheme of things. Besides, other races were also enslaved and their descendents did just fine. I do not see Jamaicans with the chip on their shoulder that Afro-Americans have.

If I might make an observation. Compared to what we see in the black community today, life in the same community under Jim Crow was a paradise. The further we go back in history in the 20th century prior to the 50's and 60's, we see thriving black neighborhoods, black owned banks and businesses, a thriving family unit, self respect. But the more involved the white liberal establishment got involved in the every day affairs of blacks, the worse they've become. Liberal policy has destroyed blacks. If they ever realize they are blaming the wrong whites, you might be in big trouble there Shirley.

Ok. I should have stated my position instead of asking a question. Asking a question that requires some thought from you people is like trying to pee during hurricane katrina. Here is what I think would fix the problems that a lot of minorities are having in the country. First and foremost, they, like me, need Jesus to take control of their lives. They need jobs. They need to put an emphasis on education. I also think there needs to be a change in how they interact with the police and how the police interact with them. Jesus first. Then jobs.

Hey hitler, quit calling me Shirley. I think the decline of the American manufacturing economy has had a HUGE impact on inner city neighborhoods. Baltimore is a prime example of that. Bring our jobs back ASAP!
