I think it depends on where the person is from. If they are from one of these countries known for terrorizing Christians and killing them left and right then yes, I would agree the church should help their own. But if you are talking about these Mexicans coming here just to find jobs and whatnot, the answer is NO.

And Puerto Ricans (along with other hispanics) have white ancestors too. So, you'd be fighting against yourselves.
