Sitting. Yes, I exercise. My heart rate has always been a a bit high as far back as I can remember. I have tired more easily and need more sleep than others my whole life too it seems.

Mine is in the high 50s resting and low 70s active. i was once on medication that made my resting rate in the low 30s and active no higher than 44.

In the 60's. I had a lot of headaches and dizziness but got on blood pressure meds a few years ago and it made a world of difference. Of course the high BP is hereditary so I kind of knew something needed to be done.

Interesting that our hearts only rest between each beat. Forget how many times during an average life they say it beats. Quite amazing. How wonderfully we've been made!

Didn't have a watch handy, so I just used my heartbeat as an approximation of one second. So, my heart rate is 60. Exactly.
