We are Acadians but because our dad transferred for his job lived for years in an Italian community.My sister makes all the stuff.Its more than olives.It has
other peppers as well.She is still in La so I guess this qualifies as a food that I miss the most.lol..beside Salvadore Dimicelli's fresh sausage.lol..

my daughter does angel hair with garlic,lemon,olive oil.She loves it.I think
Brother Benincasas wife showed her how to make it.

Yeah, you're right. But the base is olives usually.
