Ah--don't mean to be coy! But more must be known about individual habits first--

How many times a day do you 'exhaust' yourself, if your job is sedentary?
Do you eat CAFO protein, including milk.
Do you take any prescriptions.
Have you ever taken antibiotics.
What latitude do you live in.
How many BMs a day do you have.
How much sugar do you consume in a day.

I'm sorry, what? How does the one follow from the other? See that that only follows by your assumptions. I still eat sugar; way too much. Etc. I prolly 'break' all of the 'rules' that my Qs suggest, now and then. It's just that there are more than one cause for depression, and the Qs help to isolate.

It may seem apropos of nothing to mention here that an understanding of Megiddo involves 'self immolation,' for what that's worth.

Looks like I will remain depressed.

Re: Morning

Hmm, to that i would say that usually the best way to catch something you may seek is by turning around and running away from it...but since i can be virtually assured that you are critically vitamin D deficient, and prolly have not eaten an Omega 3, except accidentally, for a long time--based upon US averages, if you are eating CAFO with no supplementation--you might start with those two. If a nickel's worth of sublingual vit D feels like a B12 shot to you, trust that you are deficient. Omega 3 deficiency/intake takes somewhat longer to make its affects felt.

And understand that I'm just throwing darts at a wall here, now. But note that if you are not exhausting yourself at least 3 times a week, we really are talking about self inflicted depression. We are anyway. I am figuratively homeless in Detroit (ok, Flint), and huddled in a doorway right now, in a snowstorm; and you are depressed?

Roses are red? argh, prejudice, next you are going to say that Jesus is white or that Santa is also white.

Roses can be any color of the rainbow.

violets are blue only if they choose to be blue.
