You're doing such a great job, Renda! It's hard to make changes. Lately, I have been juicing more often (taking loads of fruits or veggies and juicing them up). It's a pain because making it and cleaning the juicer takes time. But oh, the yummy juice!!

ILG, If you can possibly get a Vitamix, I would encourage it. You won't have those problems any longer. And while with a juicer, you are putting a lot more vitamins and minerals in your body, you do lose the fiber. For instance, on carrot juice, you are cutting 90% of the fiber you would get in a Vitamix.

Yoga is a good physical therapy, the only downside is the religious connection.

Yoga as a physical activity is OK, the problem is when people start following the philosophy of Yoga, which is ancient paganism

Yes, and I don't like that the fiber is going. Yes, I am very interested in your $500.00 blender.
