Did you see this article this morning by George Will? Pretty astonishing how deep Lois Lerner runs.
Al Salvi runs for Congress in 1986. In 1996 Democrats filed charges with the FEC against Salvi’s campaign alleging campaign finance violations.
Guess who the lawyer was arguing for the FEC and said this to him? - “Promise me you will never run for office again, and we’ll drop this case.”
You guessed right - Lois Lerner.
