Did you see my link on the 2016 thread? Looks like the Establishment has left him out. He is getting air time on Fox, but O'Reilly already started the conversation about him being "conservative", and Rubio being the "moderate". He was setting the stage for rejection. Same thing Brit Hume pulled to force Romney on the constituency. If they decide for me, I won't cooperate.
