Early voting is designed to give Democrats more days to vote multiple times. The Constitution does NOT give the Federal Government jurisdiction over voter ID's. I challenge you to cite the article that does. The election day should be changed to a Saturday to allow working people the chance to vote. Finally, you are a parody and don't even believe the things you say, but it's fun reading your stuff.

There are only a few hundred people in these Democrat districts that vote, so it's not surprising to see Romney not get any votes. There are 1,687 voting precincts in the city of Philadelphia, not surprising that Romney didn't receive a single vote in 3.5 percent of the polling places.
The link, below, shows 2012, 2008, and 2004 data.
Here are 3 random Divisions:
Ward 47, Division 13
2012: Obama 220, Romney 0
2008: Obama 184, McCain 1
2004: Kerry 232, Bush 6
Ward 38, Division 1
2012: Obama 331, Romney 0
2008: Obama 331, McCain 0
2004: Kerry 366, Bush 4
Ward 59, Division 2
2012: Obama 489, Romney 0
2008: Obama 503, McCain 3
2004: Kerry 441, Bush 8

The GOP and the Dems need to change their parties. They are all messed up. For the GOP Romney was a horrible choice.

It's hard not to believe the GOP really wanted to lose this thing. They couldn't be that stupid to think Romney could win. I guess they, along with Faux News, were banking on the "fear" factor toward Obama, which didn't work.
I really believe they wanted Obama's healthcare plan to stand and didn't want the blame for it, so they put up a bad candidate.

I don't believe for an instant that there was zero votes for Romney.
Voter ID is the best way to go in future elections!
