So then, what do you base your assertion on that the rich are currently not paying their fare share of taxes? Of course to answer that, you'll need to know what they currently are paying.

Anyone who cannot answer the simple questions that I've asked Dedicated Mind should not be allowed to vote in our elections......PERIOD.

Irrelevant to the topic at hand. It does not change the fact that you and millions of others are clueless concerning economics and should not be able to vote without passing a test showing that you grasp some basic concepts.
