Brazil is a country where you can't stop for a red light after the sun goes down
Machine gun fire at all hrs of the day & night
The number of people living in shacks made from some dump far and away out number those that have real homes with a roof.
You see Beautiful lakes at a distance but when you get close you can't stand the smell or eat anything that comes out of it because its full of human waste yet the people living in the shacks do.
A place where The top federal police officer offers to kill people for you.
I was introduced to this man.
How could anyone expect medical care to be good when the above is the norm all over brazil.
Brazil is a banana republic run by corrupt people.
To compare any country that has socialized medicine to Brazil is ludicrous.

How about Spain? Greece?
Or lets hit closer to home, how about California? lol.
California has been under Democratic control for years. If you want to see what America will be like with a purely liberal agenda in power, look at California.
California has the highest tax revenue of any other state yet for some reason it has the highest debt of any other state. Socialized healthcare, welfare programs for anybody who is breathing, etc,etc. Entire citys are filing for bankruptcy.

No it isn't.
In fact, that has been one of the criticisms that Romney was never able to realiate against. During this campaign season he has said both that he would repeal "obamacare" and that he would not repeal "obamacare. He has also admitted that the framework for "obamacare" is very similar to the Mass model.
