I learned a long time ago that I must not critisize anyone who might be known as a Prophet unless it is seen that he is a false prophet. In that case, it takes little discernment to know if he is a false prophet. He will almost always embarass himself. I've seen quite a few of them.
Yet, there are the very few true prophets. They are almost as scarce as hen's teeth who indeed prophesy local, national and world events often seeing them in visions before hand. Yet, a true prophet not will prophesy everything that he sees and knows.
We must be careful how we speak lest we speak against the Holy Ghost.
