Politics has always brought out the worst in Men.. what makes the church different?

I think it's just a "man" problem... and I can't see God being to pleased by all this junk....

I heard a preacher one time who said that organizations are "preachers' unions" and the UPC is the "Teamsters Union" of the group.

Which is precisely I am where I am and am glad to be where I am. I can concentrate on serving God and the people I strive to lead and don't have to worry about any other peripheral to take me off focus. I don't have to send money to keep a license, support a District or pay someone's salary.

Yes, it is quite liberating!!! But isn't that what one would expect from us "liberals?"
