I think that Dake (of Dake Bible fame) taught that and that Benny Hinn teaches that. don't know for sure.

I know that in Haney's "The Anointed Ones", Rev. Haney writes that unclean spirits are the disembodied spirits of a pre-Adamite race (Gap-Theory adaption).
