Is there ANY human being on AFF that would advise or even allow your 17 year old son or loved one to plea "Guilty", or even "No Contest" to a crime as serious as rape-- knowing that your son is telling you that he didn't do it, but you hear the Prosecutor tell you that it is better to just plead and make a deal than it is to trust the American justice system?


Is there any situation that any human on AFF can think of where you would agree with the Prosecuting lawyer told YOU and your Defense lawyer to accept a plea deal because our justice system WILL fail you simply because of your age and race?


There is just SO MUCH WRONG to this case! It is definitely a glimpse into the collective psyche of many American blacks.

None of the defense lawyer will accept the plea and make a deal and yeah there is so much wrong in this case as all are racist and they prefer their race superior.

You think all people prefer their race to be the "superior" race?

Do you think all people are willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen?

Just so you know, I think most people are NOT RACIST.

I think most people do not want a situation where any one RACE is superior.

I think most people are willing to do whatever it takes to makes sure that our country doesn't go back down the wrong path of racial injustice... towards any race of people.
