As opposed to black liberation theology? Mormonism may be cult but it isn't dangerous to our way of life.

Try Critical Race Theory.
And go read this short article.
http://www.americanthinker.com/2012/...s_revenge.html
But if that is too much for you, here is a quote from the article and from your AG:
"Attorney General Holder recently addressed the question of affirmative action, and for how long it would be required. He answered, stunningly, that reverse discrimination has only just begun: "Affirmative action has been an issue since segregation practices," Holder said. "The question is not when does it end, but when does it begin[.] ... When do people of color truly get the benefits to which they are entitled?""

400 years of unpaid wages built america on the backs of black slaves. affirmative action is a small price to pay compared to the benefit of 400 years of slave labor. if you can't see that, then your sense of justice is not intact. pray through.

Re: Obama Leading Senate Dems to Slaughter
Slavery was wrong and justifiably abolished in America. 600,000 men, mostly white, died fighting to settle that issue. A pretty steep price in blood I would say. And then there's the estimated $17 trillion that has been invested to fight poverty since the 60s of which many, many African-Americans have been the beneficiaries. How much more money would satisfy you DM? At what point are you willing to say, okay, that's sufficient. That's enough. Now we will work, save, invest, emphasize personal responsibility, emphasize family values, fatherhood, motherhood, parenthood, two parent families, raising up young men to eschew violence and embrace education and healthy attitudes and the power of good choices? Is there an end game to Black Lib Theology? Or is it an open-ended, never ending demand to be repaid by people who never owned slaves or did anything to promote slavery to people who have never been a slave one day in their lives?

So, injustice today is ok, because there was injustice in the past?
Right...
And for your information there were plenty of white slaves here as well.
Furthermore, what is owed to me, because some of my ancestors had this continent taken away from them?

for deacon also, affirmative action is not an injustice, until power and management is reflective of the percentages in the general population, there is still work to be done. whites, from what little i know, were indentured servants and given different benefits and privileges than black slaves. that is from "a people's history of the us" by howard zinn. as far as i know native americans have many benefits, maybe you should sue the federal govt.

deacon, from what little i know, lincoln fought the civil war to preserve the union not to free the slaves. the slaves were freed to win the war and preserve the union. so we can thank the greatness of america to black slaves that helped preserve the union and win their freedom. please correct me if my understanding is wrong. satisfaction is when power and management is reflective of general population percentages.

Re: Obama Leading Senate Dems to Slaughter
So you want to base fairness on statistics? You realize that 70% of black babies are born to single moms. How are we to deal with that stat? Did slavery cause the fathers of these children to impregnate their mothers and leave the responsibility of helping to pay the bills for these children to other Americans? Is that fair? Is there justice in that?
