You got that right Randy. As a worship leader I have had guest show up with tambourines
and play them in their pew.

Playing them no where close to the rhythm of the music we were playing.

I tell them if like to audition for our praise team we'd be glad to have come to rehearsal next Friday night. That usually is the last time we have to endure their incessant banging on their tambourines

Even if a person can keep rythem, by the time the sound get's to the auditium and back to the stage there is a time delay.

I like to hear the old organ opperated under an anointed and gifted musician. I think that it has been to our hurt that we have done away with them in so many places, or people do not take the time to practice and pray as they should.
