Since going on a special diet I'm following from a Naturopathic Doctor, I'm only eating farmer's cheese these days. I can also eat paneer, which is made by adding lemon juice to boiling milk, and straining it through cheesecloth. I also get to eat quark cheese, but I've never found it around here. My favorite dairy product, however, is ghee, which is made by heating butter on the stove until the milk solids drop to the bottom of the pan and turn brown, and then the liquid is strained and kept in a glass jar. Ghee is wonderful stuff and very healthy.

Everyone should try the 14 year old sharp cheddar from Mouse House in WI. Its the best!

I know exactly where that is but never stepped foot in it. My doctor(s) was at the UW Clinic branch which was just past that store. I also ate at the Burger Kind right across the street from it many times.

You should order some of the 14 year old stuff. Its amazing. It doesnt crumble and fall apart. They say they have a special recipe.
