I do not have children, but I have worked with children all of my adult life. Parenting is not easy, by a long shot. I think one of the most important aspects is one of the hardest, consistency. Raising kids takes a lot of wisdom, honesty and a velvet glove to build Christian character. Teach the them fruit if the spirit by example, but also talk to them about what each aspect of the Fruit of the Spirit means and how to apply it to every day living.
