Since the UPCI has "The Whole Gospel To The Whole World" I was thinking maybe the UR's could use "No Gospel To The Whole World Because They Are Already Saved".

I propose "All Dogs Go to Heaven."

It already has a vibe in the current culture; it's catchy and easy to remember; and the acronym ADGTH doesn't easily lend itself to mocking on Internet forums.
