You are promoting a class system here you see.

I admit we talk about things we don't want others to read. It's mostly to do with complaints by the board members concerning other board members and what we need to do about it.

All I am asking is why do preachers do it? Are they talking about certain members that are causing trouble in their church? If so why not make a private forum just for that and the rest open?

Second, most of the board is open for discussion or to read to anyone. Less than 10% of the board is not viewable to the public.

In Admin area they may think I am the greatest guy or biggest jerk.

Must be a dif church. Here preachers call themselves servants when they really expect you to serve them. Before someone speaks of all the sacrifices that the preacher makes, those "sacrifices" are the fault of the preacher. Don't cry and complain that you sacrificed your family on the altar for your ministry when you never gave the sheep anything other than milk in direct violation of Hebrews 6:1-2. Either you are a novice and don't know anything beyond foundational truths, or you do not go beyond the foundation as a means to control the sheep.
