Seriously, theres alot of low hanging fruit to be harvested if someone would just pick up the telephone and give a good pitch as to how they could add value to these young ministers lives. All the groups ever show is what they want, not what they offer.

The only thing I see that is remotely what I could/would join is Global Network. There is a TON of pent up demand for a alternative that respects the fact that standards and secondary teachings should be left to the local church.
Bro, who pushed them out of what?

It seems to be rather new. I'm familiar with some of the leadership. One of the problems I've encountered is the lack of fellowship and leadership in the area where I live. This looks very isolated and small. Not being critical, just pragmatic.

Oh no, I totally understand, bro.

It's a real issue.

IMO, not much of an army.

There doesn't seem to be much fellowship among Global.

Re: Their loss is Globals gain (maybe)

I met Randy Hollis (Central Director) years ago when he and Renee were in Stillwater, Mn.
They were great people and did a wonderful job there.

Fellowship and work between in the local assemblies is a problem in several of the organizations.

I know Randy and he is a great minister. A man of faith. I was sorry to see him leave the UPCI.

I count that as a positive. They aren't providing the fellowship in all areas (sections, districts, etc). They assume ministers network and reach out to each other, and provide a conference to do that as well. I don't know... I'm a minimalist I guess.

Re: Their loss is Globals gain (maybe)

Seems it's growing though. And with that, more geographically-convenient fellowship. Many of the minister joining Global already have friends in it. It's a continuation of that fellowship.
