If the Bishop wants to curtail this kind of activity among his ministers just use the no "secret societies" clause in the manual.

So what your basically saying is that what normally happens at ministers only dinner tables at a Rib joint or Applebees is being put into a print format, archived and the folks who say what can be held accountable?
